Managing Campaign Content

Once your campaign strategy is orchestrated and the Content System has generated your assets, the next critical phase is distribution. Tractn OS provides a robust Publishing Ecosystem designed to take raw campaign content and seamlessly schedule it for multi-channel delivery.

This guide explains how to use the Kanban board, the Content Calendar, and the distribution integrations to manage your marketing outputs.

1. The Kanban Board

The core operational tool for managing your content lifecycle is the Tractn Kanban Board. When the Content System generates comprehensive campaign assets such as LinkedIn posts, Twitter threads, or email drafts, they are automatically deposited into the Kanban interface.

The Kanban board provides a visual, drag-and-drop workflow to track the status of every single asset:

  • Ideation / Drafted: Content that has been generated by the system but requires human review.
  • In Review: Assets that are currently being edited by your marketing team or undergoing compliance checks.
  • Approved: Finalized content that is locked in and ready for distribution.
  • Scheduled / Published: Assets that have been successfully mapped to the calendar.

This visual pipeline ensures your team always knows exactly what stage a piece of content is in, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring a steady flow of campaign materials.

2. The Content Calendar

Once an asset is marked as Approved on the Kanban board, it is fed into the overarching Content Calendar.

The Content Calendar serves as your command center for timing and frequency. It provides a daily, weekly, and monthly macroscopic view of your entire distribution strategy. Crucially, the calendar integrates directly with the Timing Engine (part of the Brand Brain), highlighting the optimal days and hours to publish on specific platforms to maximize audience engagement.

You can drag and drop approved assets onto specific calendar dates to lock in their publication schedule.

3. Metricool Integration

Tractn OS is designed to be the brain of your marketing operations, but it relies on specialized tools for the final mile of delivery. For social media distribution, the system features a deep integration with Metricool.

When a post is scheduled on the Tractn Content Calendar, the system utilizes the Metricool API to push the asset directly to the respective social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • Setup: Navigate to the Settings -> Connections tab to link your Metricool account via API key.
  • Sync: Once connected, any post designated as "Scheduled" on the Tractn calendar will be automatically handed off to Metricool at the exact time determined by the Timing Engine.

By combining the visual management of the Kanban board, the strategic scheduling of the Content Calendar, and the reliable distribution of Metricool, the Publishing Ecosystem ensures your campaign assets reach your audience flawlessly.
